Over the past 20 years Event Power have developed and continually review an Electrical Distribution System specifically tailored to meet the demands of the Outdoor Event Industry. Our Aim is to deliver to our clients a safe, reliable, cost effective and flexible electriclal services installation.

At all times safety is our first prority for individuals who are involved, the general public and participants attending the event.

Planning for the event is also a major consideration. To ensure we integrate and share a common objective with our clients towards the success of any event.

Generator Hire:

Event Power source and supply only the very best range of load tested, fuel efficient, super silenced diesel generators 10 Kva to 1000Kva.

Generators from 150 Kva are available to synchronize and load share. Road Towable generators available up to 150 Kva.

Our enviromental focus is on fuel economy, minimizing emisions and acoustic performance, all in our overall commitment working towards ISO 14001 accreditaion.

Event Power understand the need to conserve and limit fuel consumption of every generator set we utilise.

To this end we only source and supply the latest fuel efficient generator sets. To ensure the financil risk and exsposure to uncertain and volatile world fuel markets are constanly monitored on every Event.

Distribution Equipment:

We have called upon the expertise that has been gained in over 30 years of providing design, installation and maintenance of temporary electrical distribution systems in hazardous and hostile environments. We now have available from stock BS 4363: distribution equipment ranging from 1000 amp, 800 amp, 400 amp.

Distribution equipment can be connected with either direct lugged, Power-Lok cable termination.

Cable, Plugs and Sockets:

Event Power use quality H07 RNF cable, which offers a combined high degree of impact protection, heat resistance and durability. We have also invested in HO7 ZZF Zero Tox cable to comply with our clients Spanish Projects. 

BS EN 60309: cee-form plugs and sockets from 125 amp down to 16 amp are utilised on all our H07 RNF cables, socket outlets and lighting. Larger cables utilise Power Lok connections for safe and efficient connection and termination.

Installation:

Event Power installations meet or often exceed BS 7909:2011 Code of Practice for Temporary Electrical Systems for Entertainment and related purposes.
